The room had a spacious bathroom with good facilities. The hotel also had a lounge with free non-alcoholic drinks. It opened until 10pm. The metro station was a short walk away. It was only about 2-3 minutes.

There was no water in the room. Only an empty pitcher. The hotel provided a note about a water dispenser elsewhere on the floor. They could have filled some water as a courtesy.. It would have helped to have clearer instructions for where to refill.

the rooms are clean and include comfortable beds. the staff are attentive , and i appreciated the water filter available on the floor, allowing easy refills. i found it convenient that the location is near a subway station. also , i was able to easily access a balcony from my room.

the breakfast options were limited and the quality of the food could be better.

This included soda and coffee. the rooms were spacious and very clean. the staff assisted with luggage shipment to tokyo, even completing the forms in japanese. i also appreciated the provided amenities, such as the hairdryer and sleepwear.

the breakfast selection had limited options and the quality did not meet my expectations.

The room was spacious and clean as new. I found the guest lounge fantastic. It had complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The location was excellent with easy access to the Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station, a short four-minute walk away. This station connects to most main train lines!

The staff showed amazing helpfulness when my son needed medical support. They assisted us in the emergency and promptly contacted the hospital for us. Their support was invaluable during a stressful situation, which I really appreciated.

the staff was super friendly and helpful! check-in and check-out were easy. the beverage lounge was useful. the rooms are cozy and i found the location amazing. it is about a 9 min walk from the chuo line and a 15-20 min walk to dotonbori.

there was no water in the room, just an empty pitcher and a note about a water dispenser on the floor.
